Bring 2 cups of your favorite milk to a boil on your stove as you add the contents of one pouch. Alternatively you could use 1/2 milk and 1/2 water. Allow to simmer for 5-10 minutes then strain, sweeten if desired and pour your cup. To increase the tonifying effects, add 1 tsp of grass-fed ghee.
